For sale is a complete set of 35 Franklin Half Dollars minted between 1948 and 1963 at the P/S/D mints. These are all high-grade uncirculated business strikes with high luster in a Dansco album.

Some have full bell lines. Some have very light toning. A Dansco holder is ideal for holding this set of 35 coins.

The paper is acid-free for archival permanence. The obverse and reverse of each row of coins are protected by clear hard-plastic strips that can slide out to remove any coin. When grading Franklin Halves you have to watch out for sliders. Sliders have lost some of the frost on Ben Franklin's cheek due to abrasion, and this area appears darker than the rest of the coin.

These are really Almost Uncirculated, and not Uncirculated. And as such they should sell for much less.

All the coins in this set for sale are genuinely Uncirculated. The first photo shows the Dansco holder. The next two photos of the first page show the obverse followed by the reverse. These are the early dates.

This set contains 12.7 troy ounces of silver total. While the set should always have numismatic value, the value of the silver alone places a lower limit on its worth.
