Mint under a special authorization by Congress based on it being the 100th anniversary of the last time Morgan Silver Dollars were minted. The 2021 Morgan Dollars and the 2021 Peace Dollar were available in three separate allotments, with the CC and O Privy marks being available first, then the S and D Privy Marks, and then the P Privy Mark and the Peace Dollar coins.

When the CC and O Privy marks were available for preorder, the household limit was 10 per coin, the other two allotments had a household limit of only 3 per coin.
