It was painstakingly put together many years ago and has been kept in a safe. It includes all dimes struck at the Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco Mints from 1946 through 2002, including proof issues. All pre-1979 business strikes range from lightly circulated condition to uncirculated. The 1979 coins and later, including proofs from 1968 and silver proofs from 1992 were recently added from US Government Mint, Proof and Silver Proof sets.
